Why do we EAT “CLEAN”?

Clean eating is a lifestyle choice. It is NOT a diet. This lifestyle focuses on eating whole, unrefined foods.

Why are we PALEO-CENTRIC?

Let’s first explain what “PALEO” means. This diet is based on what our ancestors ate – quality meat, fish, vegetables and fruit. Dairy, grains, legumes and processed foods are not allowed since they cause inflammation and create hormonal imbalances.

This lifestyle is based on eating real, whole, unprocessed food to promote optimal health. (Yes, this is CLEAN eating!)

Because we aim to provide clean and healthy edibles, we’ve chosen the Paleo route. Much of what the diet offers is friendly for those with major dietary restrictions.

CINNAMON

COCONUT NECTAR
